The problem
Small home-service operators juggle customers, quotes, invoices, scheduling and payments across disconnected tools, losing time and money to manual glue-work.
The approach
- Designed a multi-tenant platform: customers, quotes, invoices, job logs, messaging and subscriptions in one place.
- Integrated Stripe for invoicing/subscriptions with server-side money math and tax handling.
- Role-based access for owners, billing, sales and field teams.
The outcome
- End-to-end operations platform from lead to paid invoice.
- Built for multi-business scale on autoscaling infrastructure.
